the challenge. We're the Manchester disruption agency. It’s Christmas card season. And we wanted to show our clients and suppliers how proud we are of our city, while turning your typical festive one-fold on its head.
the work. Introducing a truly freshly baked concept: TBWA\Manchester’s Gingerbread Mancs. Combining everyone’s favourite Christmas biscuit, and our Mancunian heritage, we created real,iced gingerbread icons of Manchester. With Bet Lynch, Liam Gallagher, Emmeline Pankhurst, George Best (and of course, Bez) deliciously baked to perfection, we sent these out to our clients and suppliers. This meant they could enjoy something from their favourite Manchester agency that was both very merry, and very Manc.
the results. Our clients were thrilled to have something so unique to our city and super tasty land on their desk. By sending something original, we were able to achieve much more cut through than an email or a card. Directly linked to our ‘Northern Innovation, Global Attention’ mission, we showed our clients, and our social media following that this Manchester agency is pretty sweet. Sorted.
